Positive staff interactions made our stay enjoyable.
I faced significant issues . On top of that, the breakfast was quite mediocre, leaving much to be desired, especially for the price being paid.

Location is excellent. You pay half the price for a Crowne Plaza just up the road.
The walls had dents in them and the carpet was worn out.

There's also a decent mini-fridge in the room, which came in handy for keeping my drinks cold.
Prices in the minibar are ridiculous-2 USD for a tiny bottle of water? Can't blame anyone for wanting to avoid that trap. The wifi was temperamental, patchy even in the reception area, which can be a drag if you're trying to plan your next move. Breakfast had limited options, and the overall quality was nothing to write home about. And for the price, some room furnishings felt outdated, losing that fresh appeal you might expect.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly at reception and willing to help you out with any queries. While the breakfast was simple, the man who greeted you each morning was always friendly and nice, a nice start to the day as a solo traveller. This was good value for money, the hotel was a bit old and tired but still clean and a great location in Hamra.
As mentioned the hotel was a bit outdated and the breakfast could be livened up a bit with more choice, but overall it was ok.

Bit of a mixed bag, eh? The room was spacious and comfy, but that wifi could be heaps better. Still, the location in Hamra is sweet as!
